The Chakra Practice with Nikki Costello

We are finally just days away from this year’s Yoga Conference Germany with a weekend packed full of wonderful teachers, classes and yoga friends from around the world. We are lucky this year to be eased into the conference with a bit of a gem coming all the way from the United States. Nikki Costello’s experience is almost overwhelming. With 20 years of teaching experience under her belt, she has seen it all. Be it the intrinsic alignment of Iyengar, the energy of Jivamukti or the free movements of Anusara, she is able to draw on her wealth of yoga knowledge to deliver something truly special. This weekend we have the unique opportunity to learn from the best in our very own backyard.

The Yoga Conference Germany is very happy to invite you to a day-long intensive session with Nikki Costello at Lord Vishnu’s Couch as part of the Pre-Conference program. Nikki believes that “all curious and dedicated yoga students will experience the benefits of The Chakra Practice”, where through Asana, Pranayama, visualization, chanting and meditation you will begin to explore the subtle body and its energetic centers.

When asked how a deeper understanding of the Chakras can help or enhance our yoga practice, Nikki explains that “our study will explore the inner space as we sharpen our senses of perception and learn to engage more deeply in asana, pranayama, and meditation. This focus will bring more clarity in yoga practice and a strong feeling of connection to one’s self”. This exploration and connection transcends our yoga practice and can have a profound effect on our everyday lives, ‘the chakras reveal a mystical inner life that informs our behaviors, dreams, deep wishes and personal development. By relating to them as powerful energy centers, we can connect to the source of their power and learn how to meditate and act in our lives with greater awareness and purpose’.

If you are interested in joining us for the chance to explore The Chakra practice with Nikki Costello, it’s not too late. All you need to do is visit  https://www.yogaconference.de/anmeldung/ and get your ticket, look forward to seeing you there!
